Spanish red tape/lack of approvals is the problem there.
The drill was set to go ahead 5 years ago with a JV partner and operator in place but final approvals were not forthcoming and still aren't.
Prospex are a 1st class,creditable operator of the region and seem to be going through all the hoops to get it done and hopeful for sometime next year....fingers crossed.
