And that is without any other value for the unmapped potential of the rest of the ex-UIL ground.
And then there is Walyering and Ocean Hill. Plus the Wagina that likely exisits in a more contiguous way than the permian sequence across the tenements.

Yes, it is unproven. But the siesmic to date looks very special and at equal depths to WE.
if they show that they have unlocked the formula for this basin (as they suggest) then WGO shareholders would be very annoyed that they didnt take that merger offer.

1) Success: the total gas is 2.6 trillion cubic feet. WGO shareholders get 37% of it or 0.962 trillion cubic feet
2) Failure: the total gas is still 1 trillion cubic feet. WGO shareholders get 1/3rd of it or 0.37 trillion cubic feet.
so there is a huge upside for wgo, 0.5 tcf to nearly 1 tcf so pretty much double

Nice, thanks for the updated numbers. It doesn't look bad with these numbers. If STX can find a resource 66% larger than WE, it means STX can increase its gas by 320%. That would be great for STX holders.
