    One should not confuse the two as LKE have tried to do in the presentation.


    IMO the MOU just signifies that both parties have agreed to have more discussions about a Minerals Agreement.


    And yes, a Minerals Agreement would make it easier for Argentina to work with countries in the Minerals Security Partnership; however, one not yet been agreed and signed.
