They have a clearly defined strategy, secured funding, drill rigs on site and some prospective ground. There's no guarantees in mining exploration, but if the resource is there they are now well set up to drill it out and define it to a point where they can get in partners and it can be developed.
It's early days and so not without risk, but on a macro level there aren't many good copper prospects in development and IMO this is one of the better ones. I'm a holder.
