That’s BS. I voted against it and I had 4m shares. I’m sure there is at least a dozen here with total of more than 50m shares voted against it right? There is a problem with their counting or we are f&cked. This might as well be a private company with management do what they want. Please verify your vote here guys. How many shares voted against?
