My understanding is the spill only applies to directors (other than the MD) that signed off on the Annual Report. Given the recent resignations from the board, there is only one director that will be spilled.
I only own 5% of the company. I have been public that I think there needed to be change at ILA. This was hardly a view that I was alone in having given the vote at the AGM. In the long run this will be a nothing event, but it is still sad.
