I'll do the maths for you - say you have 10,000 NMT. You will get 2370 Widgie shares for free.
You can then apply for 2568 Widgie shares in the entitlement offer at $0.20 per share.

I don't know why I'm doing this. The more people don't understand the better for those that do!!

DYOR never applies as much as it does in this example.

That's right. Do you have an idea of what would happen if the register requires a minimum of 2000$ but my entitlement shares don't reach that value ?
