My personal view is that there won't be a minimum in this case. It would mean a lot of NMT holders would miss out on the chance to purchase the additional shares and considering they have made a concerted effect to ensure Widgie is initially owned by NMT holder, I don't think they would waste that effort by setting a minimum.
That is just my opinion, I maybe wrong. Either way, I love how NMT is looking after its existing holders. A lot of smaller companies that demerge could learn a lot from them.
