    re: Ann: EGP - Renounceable Entitlement Offer... I will be taking up the offer, however, I do understand that the current SP is much higher than it's fundamental value, and it is only high (and will go higher) because of hype and speculation.

    If Packer hadn't expressed interest this would still be at the $3.60 mark.
