I have today filled out the necessary forms, on-line, reporting EHH to ASIC regarding all aspects of the last 12 -18 months. They inform me that they normally reply to these matters within 28 days.

I'm hoping, with little confidence I must say, that they will be able to get EHH back to being a normal operating company. Time will tell.

(As far as I am aware, existing shareholders will not be able to claim any capital losses this present financial year. Any information to the contrary would be appreciated)
