All I was trying to say is this is a standard EIA report with inputs provided by Dennis, just like the previous report TTR obtained.
Basically they paid NZIER to do a report based on the inputs they provided…and it was done in a week or maximum two.
I wonder if people actually know how NZIER works…or they just think it’s got Govt backing.
