I think this is what Stockyclint was referring to, the benchmark data that Talga was happy to share in their recent presentation. Talnode-C is to be marketed and sold as high-grade natural graphite, so at the very least we're looking at $8.5/kg based on the numbers presented here.
The $11kg + probably comes from a mix of factors including the current spot price, the anticipation of a future supply crunch, differences between the Chinese and European markets, among other things? I don't know the exact thesis but I trust Talga have done their homework and their due diligence is sensible.
I think this is what Stockyclint was referring to, the benchmark...
