Maybe the intsos wanted to get in cheaper and this was a way by the company to allow that to happen.
Capital raise at $5.85 for the benefit of instos and loyal shareholders then drop the news while still halted to force price immediately upwards thus gaining even more interest for the now ‘ cheap’ spp.
