The NoI referenced over 25000 tonnes a year of enriched thorium waste from the plant destined to return to the mine. So have they made a change in their site infrastructure? if so, what does that mean for water and power demands? guess all will soon be revealed in their draft statement ...
your 'more stable form' story is nonsense, so removing the factor of transporting that material would certainly be an improvement.
