I referto your recent communication regarding the current status of the NT EPA’sassessment of the TNG Darwin Processing Facility.
TNG hasrecently advised this Department that it will publish a notice in newspapers inthe week commencing 22 March 2021 to advise the start and end dates for thepublic comment period (which is 15 business days), and how to access theSupplement. This Department will ensure the Supplement is published on the NTEPA’s consultation website (https://ntepa.nt.gov.au/consultation/open-consultations)for the duration of the exhibition period specified in TNG’s notice.
