The EIS is an unknown quantity brought about by a regulator that has imposed air quality requirements it has not set or defined - and by reference to other participants in middle arm that TNG has no ability or information at hand to assess the cumulative air quality position. Quite frankly the position TNG has been put in is untenable and the NT government needs to respond and bring accountability to the NT EPA. As they say a fish rots from the head and Vogul is rotten to the core!
