The extended Mandate will terminate on 11 December 2020, unless extended by both parties.

During the quarter, the Company continued to progress work and assist with due diligencewith its exclusive senior debt advisor and arranger, KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH (“KfW IPEX-Bank”. Due to the COVID-19 impact in Germany, it is likely that the completion of any required due diligence will be delayed.

Bit of a worry considering Germany is expecting a recession. On the flip side they want to see PEAKE / TIVAN make it into production as all plant components must be German made ie. SMS Siemag provider.

I do believe the TNG story is a monster in the making, but this year is cooked and who knows what next year holds with the world financial situation still unfolding

Well well, another hopefully year will gone. I am with you that this year we made significant steps towards with all this answers. 52 is in my eyes hard to believe, some answers was expected, but 52?

Slowly, the only thing i can stimulate my happyness are, that with all these delays over years now we still alive. How many other explorers would be down and broke? We are alive, a little maybe, but alive. And a big big dream ahead...for another hopefully year, "THIS is our year" 2021...
