    The SP has the following hurdles/milestones to get through first:

    - Demo plant commission
    - Acquire land
    - Complete project life cycle assessment, permits et
    - Complete feasibility study
    - etc

    Offtake agreements after this and then with that the project financing should follow. So EIT has really been engaged early to start the process, but it is not enough to move the SP until the above is completed first.
