Hi Ronraine,

I must admit that I am impressed at this announcement.... especially the fact that "The Company will look to a pilot plant operation as soon as possible, targeting production of up to 5 tonnes per annum of scandium oxide."...

Having followed this for almost 7 years now (since the first NO JV with one of the Chinese firm - before China Rail), I think this could be the last throw of the dice for us LTers..... the cost of that plant now needs to be known.... I am not sure of how much it could cost but someone with better knowledge of this could provide a ball park figure.... we have a small amount of money received from Canada a few months ago and a steady stream of royalty expected going forward.... if this pilot plant becomes a reality, I can see a glimmer of hope here....

As of now I am just focusing on the positives.....
