it’s a nice thought to go all the way to production, but with a large gold/copper deposit it takes quite a few years and a very large amount of money. Also requires board and management with a completely different skill set. BFS for these big projects can take 2 years+. So I’d probably be comfortable with them doing their normal sale thing, hopefully at/over $1billion.
they may well start the development process, adding value as they go, but full production is less likely IMO.

indeed, I’d be very happy to just follow them into their next one. Their track record is outstanding and they don’t muck around. They get on with drilling ASAP.

be nice to get in on the ground floor of a new one when mkt cap tiny.

I’ve been buying more again this week at 6.1; STM my biggest investment (although this has been helped with the big fall in IO prices too). Still looking for a few more that will make it my biggest investment at cost. They seem to want to defend it in the low 6’s. Which works for me.
High quality management with outstanding track record.
