It may be that the share price may not re-rate until there is more certainty on a deal and the shape of the deal.
We all agree that the stock is cheap on many metrics.
However, until we get a bankable reserve at Limon or there is a JV or cornerstone investment, ordinary retail punters will hold back.
Instos are broadly speaking a pain in the arse for stocks like STM.
At the first sign of action, you will be glad you loaded up during this orphan period.
Instos and retail will rush to join the party.
