@Wazz - thought I would throw in a chart as it is starting to look interesting from a technical perspective:
Two things here that I like, and which suggest we are on the verge of a strong move up.
Firstly, there is the Feb vs Sept divergence between price (lower lows) and the MACD (higher lows). Often a technical sign of a trend change.
Second is that STM is close to busting out of its 6-month decline. At 0.9 cents this morning, it just snuck out of the downtrend line. If it can close at 0.9 cents today or in coming days, that is also technically significant breakout in conjunction with the divergence.
Near-term targets are 1.3 cents (an area of both support and resistance the past 12 months and where I would expect to see some churn), then the more significant is busting through the 1.8/1.9 cent level which was a major support (June 2023) and resistance (Oct to Dec 2023) level last year.
Thereafter, circa 2.8 / 3.0 cents is the next major level of support resistance.
