Best possible result for the company is that they can get the SP north of 5c by June, the OB's will bring in about $6.8m which is plenty to keep the company going for a long time (icluding payments they need to make for the El Roble purchase).
if MNE is 5c+ by mid-next-year then the chance to grow organically (towards $1... maybe) will be available...
