    Another possible card is an offtake JV with a steel maker like Arcelor Mittal who are Europe's and the world's largest steel maker or TATA, India or Posco that has been trying to get new coal mines off the ground in Australia but has found that almost impossible in NSW because of green and red tape. But as always only blue sky thinking.
