Hence my gut feel all this money and haste being spent on firming up size of ELAN resource as quick as possible, which clearly has an impact on any consideration. IMO only.

IMO I think you are right with your theary but don,t think Riverdale would have enough money to take over bid. If forward guesses come true over our drilling results any bid under $3 ps would be an insult!! DWJD
