    I'd normally say yep happy buyer happy seller, just a transaction. But the 42.7mil shares is the same amount as what Lenark hold, which is James Chisholm's company. James Chisholm is the last of the old ATU directors when the company was trying to develop the Panorama/Groundhog Anthracite deposits, which the market clearly doesn't value. Revitalised company with a new exciting and big coking coal asset, the old guard on their way out, M&A activity in the area. All great signs.
