... or a portfolio that solely comprised of 9 office buildings. "Not trendy" in todays market. Everyone is expecting a continuous downwards revaluation. In my mind if these buildings were in the most liveable city of Melbourne we would all be in deep Sh*t. Fortunately they are not.
So another possibilty the market has over reacted with ECF.
