Me too. We have a persistent seller, started selling down from 60c this past week or so. I suspect a decent size parcel is involved and bots are being actively used, as evidenced by multiple sell parcels of the same size at the same price set at different price points. Obviously therefore I guess a broker is involved, this is not retail selling. I'm working on the assumption that this might be a distress sale or a mandated or forced sale, a fund perhaps having a liquidity issue due to redemptions and so needs to raise cash to cover this. Truly a bargain at these prices given the yield and the price is well below NTA and the last CR price where a cornerstone investor came on board. These sorts of situations arise from time to time and if you have the spare cash its a no-brainer. Presumably management knows who is selling as they can access the share registry, would be useful if they could find a buyer for the overhang. Would also be nice to see management / directors open their wallets and buy some on-market
