Past dividend history is shown in the table below taken from Market Index web site. On closing price of $1.125, ECF is yielding 8.82% based on past dividend history.

In the Leasing Update company announcement, ECF state that at $1.08 the stock will yield 11.6% p.a. based on their estimates of forward income. My buy in price is less than $1.08 so based on ECF report I might have an annual dividend = 12% p.a. or better.

The other thing I like about ECF is they pay quarterly dividends and they did not suspend dividends during the Covid market crash unlike many other REIT's / banks etc.

Based on the most recent company announcement I am expecting quarterly dividends to be circa $0.031c per share. They should announce the June dividend later this month. (21st June, roughly)
