Some information is provided in the details of the suspension announcement, appears to be a combination of debt refinancing, cancellation of distribution, some divestments and delay in presentation of accounts, a rare event.

I believe a poster on here previously expressed concern on the level of look-through gearing but their concerns at the time were dismissed on here. Good news is that they indicate they're not currently in breach of arrangements but it's obviously at the point they need to take action.

I expect all will be revealed when their accounts are released to the market.
