ENN are renown wealth destroyers. EHAF promised an 8% yield. Paid 1 quarterly div in past year. Better returns in a savings account. Capital loss is a given once they sell off the 12 hotels owned by EHAF.
ECF did a capital raise at $1.10. Now trading circa 63c. Another wealth destroyer, Dividends also on the decline. Got some "assets" you probably could not give away.
Future not looking very bright for this fund manager. A complete corporate re structure needed. You cant keep blaming covid for companies demise.
