Interest rates may be 'higher for longer', but in my opinion, the interest rate cycle is at its high point now. It's just a issue of when does the rate cycle start coming down, not if.
Given Mr Markets psychotic focus on pricing for the short term, this may present an opportunity to buy whilst their are still clouds of uncertainty.

I have taken a 1st position again, with a view that opportunities will improve within the next 24 months (given the market at best looks 18months ahead, I might be a bit early, but its a 1st position which I can add to).
