You would have to check with past presentations and reports but there was some rules to ensure discipline around it such as they would only pay up to 3-5x EBIT for these bolt-on acquisitions. From memory they have been pretty good on this, or at least they told us so, based on the presentations and annual results.
This would suggest a $6-10M figure for Eureka. Hopefully we are at the lower end of the range given the current state of soft commodity pricing....Being mere shareholders, we will have to wait and see!
