I agree pviews. the fact that there is actually negative equity and this company has a market cap of 39m suggests the company will receive an equity injection of some kind from someone to repair the balance sheet. If this happens I can see massive upside in the eldpa's and downside to the ords. The sme happened when a few of the reits repatilised in 2009. Different beasts I know but have a look at the charts of gmppa and overlay it with gmg. The same with australand although I can't remember what its hybrids were I thought it was aazpa but can't find it. The point eldpa s an unsecured loan not equity. A stronger balance sheet will improve the financial health of the business and as a result the value of eldpa. Eld will simply be priced for future earnings (or potential for future earnings).
