Can someone tell me? It is often stated that a departing CEO etc will sell their holding ( and they do)...but there is no compulsion to do so. So why? If anything they could,,post leaving, trade outside those restrictive windows they are bound to while there. I'm sure Mark thinks this is a good investment now and into the future.
