generational stock? if anything it's a company not moving with the times. the systems are antiquated, the franchise owners are stuck in the past. have you tried dealing with an elders live stock agent recently. they are making hay while the sun shines off the back of incumbent relationships but this can't last. they'll be overtaken in my view sooner or later and the business will die on the vine.
