Winter crop is not delayed - it only starts around the middle of H2 - but because a strong winter crop season was expected, more working capital was required in H1 in order to be ready to deliver product in H2, which is normal with the long lead times for certain inputs. Similarly, they'll have to start ordering and stocking inputs for summer crop in H2, although cotton planting won't start until late September in most areas.
