With such a significant and material fall in earnings, the entire market should have been updated earlier as part of continuous disclosure reporting requirements instead of just a select few privileged brokers and “sophisticated investors”. The reason the share price has been tumbling the last few months is now becoming very obvious and it is appalling that such blatant insider trading is allowed to happen with zero consequences. Absolutely shocking.
