I have finished eating my humble pie relating to these results. It was an extremely bitter pie. I was a supporter of the BOD and the departing CEO but not now. Those who screamed long and loud about the "special briefing" back in February were correct. Absolutely correct.

I did previously note that the company had made no "continuous disclosure " nor profit warning prior to the results. For that, the BOD deserves absolute censure. It can't necessarily control fluctuating revenues and costs but it most certainly can control communications. A massive fail in my opinion. I hope that the new CEO can do a better job. Keith
