    "What's an 'on market' SPP?"

    What I meant is

    Instead of a proper SPP, EDM issued shares that were sold on market. This indirectly raising cash without notifying SH before hand.

    Unsuspected buyers at $0.001 had no idea there is 285m shares at 0.001 was issued until 4 pm today.

    I would be surprised more will be sold into 0.001 tomorrow.

    I have to think how much risk I want to take on this one. LOL

    Consolidation is a possibility if 0.001 buyers are exhausted. Need direct investors not debt raising or EFF.
