True value would be closer to a quarter of that and as for the other so called assets, in my opinion are worth no more than the lease value. Amazing management thought giving all our cash, taking on all their dept and then giving them basically half of our company through dilution was a good deal for EUC. Not a chance this would have passed a shareholders vote, there are better value deals out there and its good to see this one given the boot .
