What the...? They were awarded the contract to commence the work on the plant build? That work incorporates planning and analysis prior to building anything - in this case its called the ECI stage - or in other language Due Diligence perhaps. Its part of any project process! What on earth are they "going to get in trouble" for???
This is great news, confirms progress and indicates things are ramping up. Not easy, a lot of money still needed and still plenty of hurdles to be jumped, but this is a clear indicator this project is f moving ahead strongly.
... and on the BFS - it will get here. I don't give a rats if its not this week - it has to be right and it has to be delivered and it will be. This team has done so much well, maintained focus on the detail and promoted the VRFB market as well.
