It's something more than that. I don't know but have had a bit of a read, search ASX S3 XT. It seems to me that moving shares around only needs an XT, but a S3 XT is a section 3 cross trade that specifically has to do with WARRANTS. These WARRANTS are used for purposes of providing derivatives for trading. Maybe someone was making some cash on their shares while waiting and now wants them back?
I don't know enough to make any better comment.
