What is needs is management who knows how to get the job done. This seems to lacking is todays younger generation, like E25 management they spend more time posting on X (twitter) rather than getting down to the job and getting the mine in operation again. Thankfully I don't operate my company like this, if the job need doing then it gets done by 'hook or crook'.
E25 is a 'lame duck company'.
