I think engineering design for the optimisation has slowed Stage 2. Justin is still talking about it so presumably it's ongoing. Do we even know if the new equipment has been ordered?
I suspect they'll try to diversify a little bit from OMH. Or maybe not as Mn ore is a means to an end. The sooner we can disassociate from steel the better, with the Evergrande saga not going anyway quickly.
