E25 have been using up $2-3m when having some pre-FID progress of capital works. Its a massive wildcard as to how much cash is being consumed each month/quarter on capex.
The two primary items of BAU ongoing operational expenditure are Staff costs and admin/corporate costs which were $573k last quarter and $858k/qtr YTD. This is massively below the level you suggest. If activity levels are low on HPMSM/Butcherbird development quarterly spend could be quite low and perhaps under $1m. If activity has continued at the pace of the last few quarters, cash consumed could easily be in to the $2-$3m range you suggest.
Its hard to tell how much of the weaker share price today is the wider economic environment vs Webinar's that are potentially the launch pad for another CR.
