re: Ann: Elemental Provides Update on Dingyi ... My holding's very small, about $600 at the takeover price so I'm not overly worried about it. It's just the time taken in some of these takeovers, can tie up money for months and months and if it falls through in the end it's not only the loss as the price falls but the opportunity cost - what you could have invested that money into during that time.

Anyway it's of only passing interest to me now but yeah hopefully it comes off in the end.
