Agree James. Dingyi originally offered 60c, now 30c. They are serial pests, who should go away. The new board is vastly experienced, and we hope the Summit deal gets over the line, it's the best for all concerned (except Dingyi). Dingyi may short the stock, and then pick up more than a cover. Their ownership percentage, and that of any partner in crime on the register, should be followed closely.

This new board has provided great potential for ELM.
