I think you have to understand it from the management point of view , they know who their long term shareholders who've not traded in and out , so they are better placing it with them knowing there will be minimal profit taking . even among the top 10 they were x3 over subscribed . Usually a company make it a broader offer when they get a higher market cap . having said that someone was selling into the bid yesterday so there might be a chance for cheaper shares in the next few weeks
