    If this was a takeout target (which it is) wouldn't there be a premium to SP currently ?
    Sitting at 100 million Market cap is laughable , I agree. Doesnt it make more sense to finish the DFS and then shop it around to the highest bidder ?
    For awhile now Ive been saying this company is a double from 100 mill Market cap in this tin environment.
    Who knows where the price of tin will be 1 year from now .
